MODULE #6 GETTING TO KNOW YOUR COURT CARDS

Think of a Tarot deck as containing the elements of a movie or a novel. The Major Arcana are the themes, the Minor Arcana are the scenes and actions, the Court cards are the people living, experiencing and animating the themes and scenes. The court cards show up in a reading because they represent someone who has, is, or will be playing a role in the situation that the reading is examining. The roles they play are more important than the actual person they represent.

Together we will:

• Visit the court cards in groups divided by rank

• Dissect each card individually for its symbolism and meanings

• Perform some single card readings for ourselves and others using only the court cards.
